Clean hotel with strategic location in Bilbao really close to the central train station of Bilbao and the center and the bridge. The staff were especially helpful, consistently courteous, will be returning here soon...

Perfect place for 2 nights. Everything was perfect and the stuff were FINE. Our twin room was ideal and modest with comfortable beds. It was set in a secure area. The restaurant was awesome and fairly clean.

The location and staff was what makes that place great. Hotel was fairly clean. Located in a quiet street with the main shopping centre and shopping centres. Moreover, it was just a short stroll away from a gothic-revival Catholic cathedral and other sights in Bilbao.

The staff was impeccable, the breakfast was exquisite, everything was very comfortable. Absolutely brilliant, ideal room. Easy check in and very good service throughout my stay. Besides, I loved that there was parking onsite❤😃
